Day 2:

Welcome to Scotland!
  • Meet your Tour Director at the airport
  • Explore Glasgow on foot with your Tour Director, from the statues of George Square past the City Chambers to the heart of Strathclyde University’s modern campus

Day 3:

Glasgow - Highlands
  • Travel to the Highlands, stopping along Loch Lomond for views of wooded hills and shimmering waters
  • Ride the Nevis Range Mountain Gondola and rise above the Scottish Highlands with views of Ben Nevis and surrounding glens

Day 4:

Explore the Highlands
  • Set out on a full-day excursion through the dramatic Highlands of Glencoe, the battlefield of Culloden Moor, and the legends of Loch Ness
  • Enjoy a cruise across Loch Ness and scan the dark waters for secrets beneath the surface
  • Visit Urquhart Castle, a dramatic ruin on the shores of Loch Ness, steeped in Highland history and legends of the elusive monster below

Day 5:

Highlands - Edinburgh
  • Travel to Edinburgh, passing through the Trossachs — a landscape of lochs, hills, and Highland legends

Day 6:

Explore Edinburgh
  • Guided by a local expert, walk Edinburgh’s Royal Mile from castle to palace. Explore the Old Town’s winding closes and pass monuments to writers, rebels, and royalty including Sir Walter Scott
  • Visit Edinburgh Castle, perched on a volcanic rock above the city. Explore its royal halls, crown jewels, and sweeping views across Scotland’s capital
  • Explore Edinburgh on foot with your Tour Director, strolling through Charlotte Square, past the home of Alexander Graham Bell, and toward the Robert Burns Monument overlooking the city

Day 7:

Explore St Andrews
  • Take an excursion to St Andrews, where you’ll visit the cathedral ruins, the clifftop castle, the University’s ancient quadrangles, and the famed Old Course — the birthplace of golf
  • Visit St Andrews Castle, a seaside ruin that once housed Scottish bishops and witnessed sieges, reformations, and political power plays
  • Enjoy a special farewell dinner to celebrate your journey and share a final meal with your group
